Me and my egg..
These photographs re-unite chicks with the eggs that they've just hatched from to create a 'birds-eye' view of their former homes. The newly-hatched birds were photographed next to their eggs for a series of images from artist and naturalist Eric Issellee. Issellee used stunning white backdrops to frame the special moment. Despite the birds only being a few hours old you will be surprised at how much bigger they are than the shells already. You can view the rest of the series here.
